The Senior Product Manager for Merchandise Financial Planning plays a critical role in advancing Nordstrom's merchandise planning capabilities, supporting planners and merchants through a technology-driven transformation of how we think about financial planning at scale. As part of the Integrated Merchandising product team, you will own and define the financial planning capability roadmap within Toolio, orchestrating delivery across the Toolio vendor relationship and internal Nordstrom engineering teams to drive measurable, lasting value for our merchandise financial planning community. This role carries full end-to-end product ownership — from sustaining and supporting the legacy planning applications and reporting that teams rely on today, through the active migration to Toolio, to defining and delivering the future-state merch financial planning ecosystem. The right candidate operates independently across both near-term execution and multi-year strategic planning, and is equally comfortable managing day-to-day system health as they are crafting a phased capability vision and driving cross-organizational alignment on it. They bring deep knowledge of merchandise financial planning and retail math as the lens through which every product decision is made.
