Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 years+ experience in a services focused organization
• Experience in developing and/or selling/managing service contracts, preferably with digitally connected equipment
• Business planning, financial, and analytical skills
• Project management experience utilizing system and software tools
• 10% travel required

Responsibilities

• Increase overall customer satisfaction and loyalty through expansion of Hiab service contracts and digital services
• Accountable for ProCare, Digital, and connected solutions sales development in the US
• Ownership of existing service sales development actions and developing new initiatives
• Lead contract and digital services sales training for the US Sales and Service teams and Partners
• Develop sales and offering tools for the US market, incl e.g. presentation of quotations and QuoteWerks developments to enable us to drive sales
• Review, analyze, and manage pricing on maintenance, contract, and digital offerings
• Lead Business Support Specialists in development, training, and support of Hiab Service Management (HSM) system and continuous improvement of maintenance execution processes
