The Seller Acquisition Product team builds the ecosystem that attracts, guides, and activates new sellers. We develop intelligent, data-driven systems that scale global seller growth - from acquisition to early conversion. We leverage AI, LLMs, and automation to create personalized experiences and improve funnel efficiency. Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in leading technology companies or high-growth startups, or equivalent experience
  • High intellectual curiosity and ability to ramp up quickly in new problem spaces.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship impactful products in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; structured thinking; and ability to define effective metrics and experiments.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Founder-style operator mindset-proactive, resourceful, and accountable.
  • Bachelor's degree with demonstrated strength in analytical or quantitative thinking.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building growth or user acquisition products in social media or e-commerce, and Generative AI or LLM-based products, from 0 to 1.
  • Experience driving SEO and organic traffic growth across web ecosystems.
  • Proficiency with SQL.
  • MBA degree or background in management consulting a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and launch LLM-powered and agent-based tools that improve conversion, automate seller guidance, and accelerate time-to-first-sale.
  • Drive full-funnel optimization-from awareness and discovery to registration-across web, app, and partner entry points.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and AI teams to translate strategic goals into scalable, measurable outcomes.
  • Own growth metrics across seller acquisition and conversion, identifying opportunities through analytics, experimentation, and funnel diagnostics.
  • Operate at multiple altitudes-from setting long-term strategy to diving deep into product details, data, and execution.
  • Lead through influence, working with cross-border partners to deliver high-impact launches in fast-moving, global environments.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle-from business analysis and roadmap design to development coordination, launch, and iteration.
