About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven TikTok Shop Strategy Intern to manage daily operations and develop strategies to boost our brand’s sales on the platform alongside the TikTok Shop Team. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact growth and engagement through innovative initiatives and operational excellence. You will support the brand by managing affiliate programs, overseeing campaigns, and driving creative strategies, all while maintaining brand reputation, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maximizing sales performance on TikTok. In this internship program, you’ll have the opportunity to drive a meaningful impact on our brand’s success while gaining valuable hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development. Running from January through May , the program requires a full-time commitment in our Seaport District of Boston.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program at an accredited 4-year institution.
  • This opportunity is open to all undergraduate students, from first-year students to seniors.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e., work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.).
  • Excel skills for basic financial and performance reporting.
  • A performance-focused, results-oriented approach - you will need a strong work ethic and drive to achieve results.
  • Ownership mentality, self-motivation, ambition, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, project management, and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with social commerce and/or TikTok Shop is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
  • Prior experience working behind the scenes in TikTok Live or TikTok Shop is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Management: Recruit and manage affiliate partners to boost visibility and sales. Monitor and optimize affiliate performance, providing key resources for success.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and issues on TikTok Shop promptly, maintaining a positive brand image. Track feedback to improve service strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute TikTok campaigns for promotions and launches, collaborating with influencers and TikTok partners to meet marketing goals.
  • Research & Analytics: Analyze TikTok Shop data and track trends to refine strategies and boost performance.
  • Financial Reporting: Track and report TikTok Shop sales, Return on investment, and campaign budgets with strong Excel skills.
  • Content Coordination: Develop and coordinate engaging TikTok content aligned with campaign goals.
  • Creative Direction: Bring fresh ideas and leverage TikTok trends to enhance ad content and campaigns.
