The CRM Intern will support the operational execution of Email, SMS, and Direct Mail programs for North America. This role is focused on reporting, QA, documentation, and workflow support to ensure CRM campaigns launch accurately and on time. The intern will work closely with channel managers to maintain CRM operational excellence and consistency across channels. The ideal candidate is creative with exceptional multi-tasking, project & time management, technical and analytical skills.
