We are looking for a world-class Marketing Manager- Seller Acquisition to own and scale Homeowner/Seller leads (people who want to sell and stay) This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role. You will build and lead the entire lead generation engine that directly fuels our revenue growth. Your Mission Own the strategy and execution to deliver 2,000+ homeowner leads per month within 12 months, with 60%+ coming from organic channels. What You’ll Own Full P&L responsibility for lead volume, cost-per-lead, and pipeline contribution Build and lead a small team (SEO, content, social, outreach) – starting with 4 direct reports Scale organic traffic from current :80k visits/mo to 500k+ visits/mo in 18 months Dominate Google for high-intent keywords like “sell my house and rent it back,” “sale leaseback,” “sell house stay in it,” “cash home buyers that let you stay,” etc. Build the #1 thought-leadership brand in sale-leaseback and investor education Create a repeatable investor acquisition engine (LinkedIn, BiggerPockets, Facebook groups, podcasts, events)
