Requirements
- At minimum 5 years’ experience in a fast-moving technology company (start-up experience is highly desired), defense contracting, or operational military experience is required.
- This role requires U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residence.
Nice To Haves
- A master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., software development, national security, etc.) or work experience is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise or government software development, delivery, and/or support is desired.
- Active Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance (Secret or TS/SCI) is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive or facilitate cross-functional communication, collaboration, and execution (i.e., whatever it takes) to deliver our solutions to clients.
- Identify and action opportunities to improve documentation, process, and program execution across client sites and functions.
- Accelerate and scale operational solutions that help us.
- Deliver value to our clients while maintaining a high bar for quality.
- Anticipate cross-functional operational challenges and proactively solve independently.
- Build our product operations practice at Rhombus in partnership with executives and teammates across every function and level.
