The Product Manager – Product Solutions supports product and technical engagement across assigned OEM accounts and/or market segments, with a strong focus on enabling successful new product introductions (NPI). This role works closely with senior product leaders, Engineering, and Operations to translate customer and application needs into clear product requirements and to support the transition of new products from development into production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in product management, engineering, or technical roles
  • Exposure to new product introduction processes and cross-functional development environments preferred
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Technical curiosity and ability to learn complex systems quickly
  • Clear communication and strong documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with OEM customers and/or market-focused product environments is a plus
  • Experience in Water, Health & Wellness and related industries a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support product engagement for assigned OEM accounts and/or markets
  • Develop working knowledge of product platforms, applications, and customer use cases
  • Assist in providing technical guidance and product recommendations
  • Support customer discussions related to product capabilities, applications, and design-in activities
  • Assist in requirements gathering, feasibility analysis, and system integration efforts
  • Contribute to proof-of-concept evaluations and technical documentation
  • Help ensure product requirements are clearly defined and aligned with customer applications
  • Support coordination between Product, Engineering, and Operations to enable smooth transition from development to production
  • Assist in preparing and transferring product requirements, specifications, and documentation to manufacturing teams
  • Support production ramp activities, including issue tracking, communication, and follow-up
  • Help ensure alignment across teams on product readiness, manufacturability, and quality expectations
  • Work closely with account management, Engineering, and Operations teams
  • Support internal communication, documentation, and product knowledge sharing
  • Help ensure alignment between customer needs and internal execution
  • Capture and structure customer feedback on existing products
  • Support identification of incremental improvement opportunities
