About The Position

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. This role involves managing existing products and new product development for assigned clinical and strategic products. The Product Manager will coordinate the execution of certain clinical programs and products, manage tactical operations for existing clinical products/programs (e.g., Asthma Management, Pharmacoadherence, Prescriber Insights), and ensure timely execution of clinical program interventions in collaboration with Population Health Pharmacists. Responsibilities include identifying product improvement opportunities, tracking client participation, communicating with external vendors, performing quality assurance, and maintaining program-specific metrics. The individual will work cross-functionally to achieve departmental objectives in support of the strategic plan.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
  • 2 years of product management/development or project management experience in a like industry to include health, biomedical, or pharmaceutical
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Responsibilities

  • Measure key performance indicators (e.g., uptake, clinical outcomes, mailing costs, mail return rate, ROI, etc.) for assigned clinical products and communicate areas of improvement
  • Assess product capacity for managing new clients
  • Participate in clinical product development and execute the product roadmap within scope, time and budget
  • Develop a keen understanding of clinical products in the PBM industry to work collaboratively to expand product offerings, refine current product positioning, and develop key messages for both existing and potential clients
  • Assist in analyzing the products performance, position, and utility for our clients and their members
  • Participate in the development of marketing materials related to population health
  • Conduct opportunity analyses for prospective clients in consultation with the Clinical Account Executives
  • Develop and continually improve strategies, objectives, and policies for the assigned products, programs, and establish and monitor high performance standards and productivity measures, targets
  • Assure appropriate testing has been conducted by staff for any system/app enhancement or break-fix
  • Other duties as assigned
