Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • 1+ year working on payments or payments-related services
  • Strong analytics skills with proven ability to work with complex datasets, establish meaningful KPIs, and turn rigorous analysis into clear insights & compelling narratives.
  • Strong Market Research & Services Assessment - Experience and proven ability to gather, analyze, and apply market research and individual tools assessments to inform roadmaps.
  • Durable/Resilient - comfortable with messy/building from the ground up
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset: Use data to diagnose problems, define success metrics, run experiments, and make decisions—especially around matchmaking, fraud, and performance.
  • Data-driven monetization mindset: Understand game economies and optimize for retention, fairness, and revenue through experimentation and insights.
  • Cross-functional execution & ownership: Lead across engineering, data, and business teams, drive roadmap decisions, and deliver reliably in a complex, high-stakes environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to define the consumer product vision, strategy, and roadmap for achievements and social game modes aligned with the overall company product roadmap and business strategy.
  • Maintaining tech & relationships with 3rd party services, particularly in Payments.
  • Analyze performance and diagnose issues: Use data to identify trends, investigate anomalies, and drive improvements (e.g., matchmaking, fraud, reliability).
  • Run experiments and make data-driven decisions: Design A/B tests, evaluate results, and guide rollouts based on impact.
  • Drive analysis of releases and share results through quarterly business reviews (QBRs); build a track record of delivering on forecasted outcomes.
  • Work with the engineering team to estimate ship dates of major deliverables with 75% or better accuracy.
