We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our Performance & Enablement domain, building the systems that drive real estate teams to operate effectively at scale. This role focuses on how users organize, collaborate, assign work, and maintain visibility across people and processes. As the Performance & Enablement Product Manager, you’ll define and deliver experiences that help teams stay aligned, understand ownership, and execute work more efficiently. Success in this role means reducing coordination overhead, improving visibility into work and responsibilities, and enabling teams to operate with greater speed, clarity, and confidence.
