About The Position

The Product Manager, Partner Integrations role is a full-time, FLSA-exempt position responsible for the strategic oversight, development, and delivery of third-party product integrations for our TMS platform. This position exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance, including evaluating customer requirements, leading product planning sessions, and managing feature development to meet business objectives. The role requires deep industry knowledge and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or transportation management industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Transportation Management processes and systems.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop detailed product specifications and business requirement documentation.
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across departments and with executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and specifying API-based integrations with third party providers.
  • Read and interpret API documentation to support integration planning and troubleshooting.
  • Function as the subject matter expert in Transportation Management and Logistics processes.
  • Lead customer, stakeholder, and partner discussions to define and validate business and functional requirements for third-party product integrations.
  • Translate business needs into detailed product specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with technical and project delivery teams to evaluate, design, and scope product features.
  • Prioritize partner product integration roadmaps and release schedules based on customer demand and business strategy.
  • Develop business cases that justify product investments and enhancements.
  • Present product proposals and progress updates to internal leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure product development aligns with architecture, security, and compliance standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
