About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Billing Integration initiatives, with a primary focus on managing and evolving our Workato connector solution. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining the future of how Zone&Co enables businesses to achieve seamless, automated data flow between CRM (primarily Salesforce) and ERP (NetSuite) systems, focusing on the complex quote-to-cash process. This role requires a strong mix of functional expertise in billing/finance workflows and technical fluency in integration technologies, along with the ability to advise and direct implementation while maturing the product offering.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Product Management within FinTech, Enterprise SaaS, or Integration/iPaas, with a direct focus on Billing/Quote-to-Cash Integration or connecting Salesforce to ERP systems (preferably NetSuite).
  • Integration & CRM/ERP Expertise: Deep domain expertise in the quote-to-cash process, understanding how data flows between CRM (specifically Salesforce) and ERP (specifically NetSuite).
  • Direct, hands-on experience managing and deploying solutions with Workato is REQUIRED.
  • Technical Fluency: Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers, understand Workato recipes/APIs, and grasp the nuances of building scalable, secure integration software. Knowledge of other iPaas platforms (e.g., Boomi, Celigo) is a plus.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to analyze complex market data, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to define winning product strategies and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences (technical, business, executive).
  • Execution Focus: A strong track record of successfully bringing complex software products from conception to launch and driving adoption.
  • Agile Proficiency: Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a compelling strategy for Zone&Co's Billing Integration offerings that can be incorporated into a broader quote-to-cash roadmap, aligning integration pathways with Zone&Co's overall product vision and market opportunities.
  • Market & Customer Insight: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and strategic opportunities in quote-to-cash integration for NetSuite users.
  • Roadmap & Prioritization: Own the product roadmap for billing integrations, defining clear objectives, key results, and prioritized initiatives. Translate strategic themes into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Product Development Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the agile development lifecycle.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with sales, marketing, solutions consulting, and customer success teams to develop compelling product messaging, sales enablement materials, and launch strategies that drive adoption and customer value.
  • Integration & Data Flow Expertise: Own the product strategy for the Workato connector, ensuring best-in-class, bi-directional data synchronization between Salesforce and NetSuite for key quote-to-cash entities.
  • Implementation & Advisory Leadership: Serve as a functional and technical advisor, directing solution architects and partners on implementation best practices, ensuring the connector is deployed for optimal efficiency and scale in customer environments. Drive the maturation of the product offering, moving from basic synchronization to intelligent, process-driven automation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the subject matter expert for Billing Integration, communicating product plans, progress, and performance to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners.
