Role Overview We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager – Integrations to build and scale FranConnect’s out-of-the-box integrations ecosystem . This role owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of integrations across the platform - focusing on APIs, webhooks, and prebuilt, marketplace-style integrations that create meaningful value for customers and partners. You’ll operate in a product triad with Design and Engineering, partnering closely with offshore engineering teams in India to deliver scalable, technically sound solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms
- Experience building or scaling integration ecosystems or marketplaces
- Proven ability to own outcomes, not just ship features
- Strong collaboration skills across design and engineering
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with offshore engineering teams in India is a major plus
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for FranConnect’s integrations ecosystem
- Define and prioritize high-impact out-of-the-box integrations across the product suite
- Partner closely with Engineering to shape API, webhook, and integration architecture decisions
- Collaborate with Design to ensure integrations are discoverable, usable, and clearly communicated
- Balance customer needs, partner considerations, and technical constraints
- Define success metrics and measure adoption, reliability, and customer impact
- Drive problem definition, requirements, delivery, and iteration on a monthly release cadence
- Present roadmap decisions, progress, and outcomes to customers and product leadership
