About The Position

The Product Manager, MoFo Connect leads intranet improvements and initiatives and managers initiatives for the firm’s Intranet. This is a hands-on project manager requiring solid SharePoint Online and Infodash platform knowledge, strong coordination skills across IT and content-owning stakeholders, and the drive to move projects forward. The Product Manager, MoFo Connect will work directly with attorneys, business professionals, and practice group content owners to understand their needs and translate those needs into clear requirements, coordinating with IT and other teams to achieve desired results. Ensures client service and satisfaction are attained in all areas of position. This role is responsible for improving usability, reducing friction, increasing productivity, and enabling employees to get maximum value from technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a product management, platform coordination, or digital communications role in a professional environment, with demonstrated ability to lead projects independently.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including site administration, page publishing, permissions management, and content governance.
  • Experience with Infodash or a comparable modern intranet platform (e.g., Valo, Powell, Unily) strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
  • Prior experience coordinating with a Training or learning team on technology platform content is a plus.
  • Solid working knowledge of SharePoint Online, including site administration, content types, metadata, navigation, and web part configuration.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and how intranet platforms integrate with Teams, OneDrive, and other M365 tools.
  • Experience with Infodash or a comparable intranet platform; comfort configuring and administering within the platform without relying on IT for routine tasks.
  • Ability to write clear requirements and project plans and coordinate delivery across IT and vendor teams without being a hands-on engineer.
  • Comfortable with site analytics and usage data to support adoption tracking and improvement planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Using a product management approach, leads defined MoFo Connect projects end-to-end — including scoping, requirements gathering, coordination with IT and the Infodash vendor, content owner engagement, testing, rollout, and adoption follow-through — for initiatives of appropriate complexity and scale.
  • Manages project workstreams.
  • Identifies improvement opportunities through user feedback, platform monitoring, content owner conversations, and industry developments; finalizes proposals and presents recommendations.
  • Partners with IT infrastructure and other pillar teams to deliver MoFo Connect improvements that require cross-functional input.
  • Manages actively to larger MoFo Connect initiatives including platform migrations, significant feature rollouts, and firm-wide intranet redesigns, taking ownership of defined workstreams, analysis, and coordination tasks within those efforts.
  • Leads decisions on platform strategy, vendor discussions, and roadmap prioritization.
  • Participates in Infodash vendor meetings and product forums alongside brings back relevant insights and surfaces implications for the firm's intranet.
  • Creates roadmap updates, business cases, and stakeholder communications for IT leadership and firm audiences.
  • Maintains day-to-day awareness of MoFo Connect platform health, coordinating with IT on routine administration, content issues, and maintenance tasks without owning the full operational queue.
  • Monitors for patterns in user feedback, content owner requests, or site analytics that signal a need for platform improvement; documents and brings these to the AD with supporting analysis.
  • Maintains accurate platform documentation for projects and configurations owned or coordinated by this role.
  • Oversees the ongoing accuracy and currency of content across the intranet by managing a structured content review cadence with assigned content owners, escalating persistent gaps to the AD.
  • Serves as the primary IT point of contact for assigned content owners across practice groups, offices, and departments — building strong working relationships and ensuring they have the guidance, tools, and support needed to maintain quality intranet content.
  • Proactively engages content owners to stay ahead of planned updates, new content needs, and upcoming firm initiatives that will require intranet representation.
  • Coordinates content owner onboarding for new publishers joining the intranet, ensuring they understand workflows, standards, and how to get support.
  • Serves as the MoFo Connect subject matter expert for the firm's Training team, providing platform expertise and workflow context to ensure training content is accurate and reflects current intranet capabilities.
  • Coordinates with the Training team to plan and sequence MoFo Connect training initiatives alongside project rollouts, ensuring attorneys, staff, and content owners are prepared for changes before they go live.
  • Manages testing, UAT and piloting prior to deployment
  • Reviews training materials and user guides for technical accuracy prior to publication; flags gaps and works with the Training team to resolve them promptly.
  • Gathers adoption feedback following project rollouts; documents findings and using the product management model, manage continuous improvement.
