About The Position

The Product Manager, Mobile shapes the strategy, roadmap, and value delivery of the Topgolf app, setting direction for how offerings and initiatives from across the business come to life on mobile. You'll partner closely with mobile product domain team members, and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and departments to deliver a great mobile experience for our guests. At Topgolf, many roads lead through one place: the mobile app. Whenever the business plans to ship something new, someone has to decide what that means for mobile, and why it matters to the guest holding the phone. That's you. You'll own the roadmap: deciding what gets built, in what order, and what success looks like, grounded in what's best for the business and most valuable for our guests. This is a fast-moving environment, and we need someone who can make confident calls and adjust course thoughtfully as new information comes in.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a product role, owning a consumer-facing product roadmap (mobile app experience preferred)
• 3+ years creating and documenting software requirements
• 3+ years experience working directly with UI/UX designers and software engineers to envision and create novel features
• 2+ years experience with Agile/Scrum software development projects
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent domain knowledge and experience
• Comfortable working across a distributed team, including remote/hybrid collaboration and cross-timezone coordination with geographically distributed teams members
• Extreme attention to detail while still being able to see the forest for the trees and apply great context and need
• Highly motivated self-starter with a genuine drive to build high-quality experiences
• Strong sense of ownership; you don't wait to be told what's broken or what's next
• Positive, enthusiastic energy that makes cross-departmental collaboration easier, not harder
• Demonstrated ability to work across marketing, BI, sales, engineering, and operations, understanding how mobile fits into a larger, multi-channel guest experience rather than treating it as a standalone product
• Confidence leading cross-functional delivery without direct authority over contributors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confident, thoughtful prioritization skills; able to hold a line on what's best for the business & guest experience while staying flexible when priorities genuinely shift
• Product maturity: a real grasp of good experience design / design thinking, solid product management principles, and disciplined follow-through on shipped features rather than moving on after launch
• Clear written and verbal communication: this role writes specs and stakeholder updates directly, and distills complex topics for varied audiences
• AI-forward mentality: comfortable using company-provided AI tools to compress the work (not replace the thinking) — faster specs, faster analysis, faster iteration

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years experience interpreting, reporting, and setting goals from product analytics (preferred)
• 2+ years proactively coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to align product priorities (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the mobile app roadmap so every shipped feature earns its place by solving a real guest need or business objective
• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal teams and stakeholders, including tradeoffs and decisions along the way
• Lead design and engineering toward shipped outcomes without formal authority over those teams
• Translate business goals, user feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis into prioritized initiatives with clear success metrics, and write specs and initiative briefs used directly by designers and engineers
• Convert the need to understand a feature's performance into concrete analytics measurements and goals, then use that data to make and defend prioritization calls, knowing when to stop, pivot, or push a feature from alpha to beta to GA
• Hold technical conversations directly with engineers, translating between business needs and implementation tradeoffs
• Represent the mobile app's role within the broader guest experience when partnering with other product domain PMs, design, marketing, BI, sales, and operations on initiatives that use mobile as a channel, exercising judgment on who needs to be looped in and when
• Partner with a project manager on cross-functional initiatives with significant mobile impact
• Manage the roadmap end-to-end: discovery, scoping, delivery, post-launch measurement
