About The Position

Oversee and steward the business to ensure it is profitable and meets the growth directives established by the executive management team. Develop and execute business planning strategies, forecast, and schedules as required by JHC. Establishes goals, improves technologies, and resolves problems in conjunction with sub-ordinate managers and managers of other Business Units. Support/Drive the Account Management Team to deliver company initiatives and growth goals. Be the liaison with the factory and execute/manage all sales forecasting, training, business development, and other requirements requested by said factory/representative. Maintains a working knowledge of governmental and industry recognized codes & standards. This includes development of written practices in concert with the Quality Assurance Manager that comply with ASME, NBBI, ASNT, AGA, NIST, API, ASTM, and other industrial standards, and customer requirements. CRM Management, Salesforce. Supports JHC accounting department with problem invoices and general customer account information, customer facing. Understands and manages to ensure the JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards are upheld at all times. Works closely with and supports the JHC product principals when required to do so. Actively and enthusiastically supports JHC’s visions and strategies. Builds and cultivates solid relationships – internally and externally. Travels when required and applicable. Regular and predictable attendance and availability is essential for this position. Supervisory responsibilities to include: Project Manager, Fabrication Manager, Sales Manager, Inside and Outside Product Managers.
