About The Position

At Google, marketing connects billions of global users with products they love. The Marketing Engineering team builds the core technology that powers these global connections. Our mission is to simplify campaign execution so Google’s marketers can engage users across our ecosystem with speed, precision, and safety. We are driving Marketing’s AI transformation by making marketing campaigns and operations AI-native, and building an ecosystem of intelligent AI agents designed to automate complex workflows and scale impact, rapidly turning emerging generative AI into production-ready software. Great technology starts with empathy. We partner with marketing/marketers to understand their daily challenges, eliminate operational friction, and co-create intuitive tools. We’re integrating Gemini directly across our Product Lifecycle Development, from deep user research and rapid prototyping to code generation and system deployment. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
Experience with marketing technology or AdTech.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
2 years of experience in software development or engineering.
Experience with digital marketing campaign processes and paid/owned/earned media.
Experience integrating solutions such as procurement, reporting and analytics.
Experience with both internal engineering teams and external development partners.

Responsibilities

Understand marketer problems and craft our strategy to support them.
Explore new AI technologies to craft innovation solutions.
Develop solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.
Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams to create delightful user experiences.
Define Northstar metrics to influence adoption and land impact.
