About The Position

This role will drive the adoption of new technologies, oversee prompt engineering initiatives, conduct AI use case assessments, and serve as a product owner for AI-driven platforms. The ideal candidate will combine technical acumen with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver innovative solutions that enhance business outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in technology project management, product ownership, or related roles.
Demonstrated experience with AI/ML technologies, prompt engineering, or natural language processing.
Proven track record of onboarding and integrating new technologies in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable plans.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

Nice To Haves

Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI platforms.
Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and APIs.
Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management.
Prior experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end integration of AI and conventional solutions into existing business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and adoption.
Proactively experiment, test, and learn with AI technologies to develop and validate potential solutions. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by piloting new approaches and analyzing outcomes.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential AI use cases across the organization. Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments to determine suitability and impact. Develop business cases and recommendations for AI adoption.
Design, test, and optimize prompts for AI models to maximize performance, accuracy, and user experience. Stay abreast of advancements in prompt engineering and apply best practices.
Evaluate, pilot, and implement emerging technologies. Develop onboarding frameworks and training materials to facilitate smooth adoption by business users.
Serve as the product owner for AI platforms, defining product vision, roadmap, and success metrics. Gather and prioritize requirements, manage backlogs, and coordinate with engineering and design teams.
Engage with business leaders, technology partners, and end-users to understand needs, communicate progress, and drive alignment on project goals.
Develop and execute change management strategies to support technology adoption, including communication plans, training sessions, and feedback loops.
Ensure all AI initiatives comply with organizational policies, data privacy regulations, and ethical standards.
