Lead product management for StatLab’s labeling and tracking solutions, including thermal and laser slide and cassette printers, accessories, LIS integration software, and workflow software for high-volume pathology labs Develop and execute commercialization strategies for global direct and indirect sales channels Build 3–5 year product roadmaps and manage the full product lifecycle, including launches, enhancements, and end-of-life planning Conduct market research and translate customer needs into product specifications for future product development Develop pricing, margin, and forecasting strategies to meet global market demand Create validation plans and assess customer satisfaction and product usability prior to launch Partner with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service, and Support teams to drive successful product adoption Develop training materials and support sales team and customer education efforts Lead weekly cross-functional launch meetings and track progress against commercialization plans Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure launch effectiveness Collaborate with internal OEM and distribution teams to support launches into strategic distributor accounts Work closely with stakeholders across McKinney, Germany, Italy, the UK, and other international sites to bring commercial plans to completion
