We build technology-driven solutions that remove friction, create trust, and deliver real-world impact at scale and are seeking a Product Manager IV, Health & Benefits Platform to join our Health & Benefits team. This role is ideal for a person who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technical execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You will own the delivery of scalable benefit platform solutions that will deliver meaningful value to customers, reduce complexity, and enable our product and technology teams to execute faster. How You’ll Make an Impact As a Product Manager IV, Platform Services, you will: Expertise : Serve as a subject matter expert in Health & Benefits ensuring our platform logic meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders. Strategy & Delivery: Translate and synthesize business vision, market gaps, and technical needs into clear strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs Collaboration : Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Design to deliver API-driven solutions for customers and end consumers. Alignment : Lead high-stakes stakeholder alignment and facilitate difficult trade-off conversations across Digital, Technology, and Commercial teams to ensure successful outcomes Agile Leadership : Lead agile delivery across multiple engineering teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives Data-Driven : Use customer insights and metrics to measure success and drive decisions to improve the customer experience by making the most impactful enhancements Problem Solving: Investigate legacy and modern system behaviors to design long-term platform abstractions What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who brings both strong product fundamentals and technical depth: Experience : 7+ years of experience in Product Management or solution design, ideally within employee benefits, healthcare, insurance or fintech Execution : Proven execution track record, including launching, iterating, and scaling capabilities that deliver solutions across multiple domains Agile Proficiency: Deep experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and demonstrated ability to directly lead 1–2 engineering teams Communication : Exceptional ability to communicate at all levels within the organization, tailoring complex technical narratives into relevant strategic updates for any audience. Customer Focus: A passion for reducing complexity and building high-impact solutions that delight customers Analytical Mindset : A "detective" approach to digging into complex structures and legacy logic to understand current state to create scalable solutions while also leveraging data to to guide product decisions and measure impact Technical Depth : Strong understanding of API-driven architectures (REST, GraphQL, integrations). The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management or solution design, ideally within employee benefits, healthcare, insurance or fintech
  • Proven execution track record, including launching, iterating, and scaling capabilities that deliver solutions across multiple domains
  • Deep experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and demonstrated ability to directly lead 1–2 engineering teams
  • Exceptional ability to communicate at all levels within the organization, tailoring complex technical narratives into relevant strategic updates for any audience.
