We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive product innovation for our Issuer Digital Products business. You will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap, execution, and optimization for Visa's new and existing digital solutions aimed at issuers. This role requires a deep understanding of the payments industry, a strong product management background, and exceptional leadership skills. This role is based in San Francisco and will report to the Head of Product for Issuing Solutions Digital Business.

Requirements

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years building consumer facing products
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products
Strong expertise in defining and executing product strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans leveraging data to inform decision making and secure influence
Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams
Demonstrated ability to manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
In-depth knowledge of market research techniques and experience in conducting customer and competitive analysis
Strong track record of fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Deep commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs and pain points
Experience in designing and delivering exceptional user experiences.
Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues across Visa functions, navigating a matrix organization
Sound business acumen, analytical skills and keen understanding of business models and profitability drivers

Experience building AI-powered products, with knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI product design, and responsible AI practices.
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve product management workflows, including customer research, requirements definition, prototyping, experimentation, analytics, and product delivery
Experience building a high-performing product management team with a strong culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

Create a compelling and forward-thinking product vision that aligns with Visa's overall business strategy and goals
Own the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, development, testing, and commercialization
Work closely with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery
Continuously monitor and optimize product performance post-launch to guide product innovation and development
Establish and manage a prioritized product backlog based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business priorities
Perform in-depth market and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
Continuously monitor product performance, customer adoption, and business impact post-launch to inform investment decisions, product enhancements, and future roadmap priorities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including leadership, product teams, and other functional areas
Engage with key clients and partners to understand their needs/expectations and secure their alignment
