About The Position

M7 Health is seeking a Product Manager, Integrations to own the roadmap for the company's integration layer. This role involves managing integrations with time and attendance platforms (UKG, Kronos), HRIS systems (Workday, ADP), and EMR platforms (Epic). The ideal candidate will translate complex health system technical environments into engineering specifications, possess technical fluency for customer and engineering discussions, and serve as the internal expert on M7's integrations. This position requires close collaboration with engineering, implementation, and activation teams to ensure the integration layer is scalable, well-documented, and deployable.

Requirements

4+ years of product experience with meaningful ownership of integrations or data-layer products.
Comfortable owning a roadmap, writing specs, and driving engineering delivery.
Technically fluent with APIs, data schemas, SQL, and integration architecture concepts.
Ability to explore data, validate assumptions, and debug integration behavior independently.
Familiarity with integration patterns common in health IT — REST and SOAP APIs, file-based/SFTP feeds, webhook architectures, and data transformation logic.
Strong communication skills, able to engage with both health system leaders and engineers.
Actively use AI as part of your daily workflow and bring that mindset to product and process.

Nice To Haves

Direct UKG experience, including hands-on familiarity with UKG data models (employee records, scheduling data, T&A feeds, pay rules).

Responsibilities

Own the Integrations Roadmap: Define and drive the roadmap for M7's integration layer across time and attendance (UKG WFC, UKG Dimensions), HRIS (Workday, ADP), and EMR (Epic) systems.
Own product decisions governing data ingestion, transformation, and surfacing from health system source systems.
Serve as the internal authority on M7's integrations, their functionality, and deployment requirements.
Translate Requirements into Engineering Specs: Translate customer technical requirements into well-scoped integration specs, partnering with the integrations engineering team from discovery through delivery.
Be comfortable reading API documentation, understanding data schemas, and engaging in technical design conversations.
Partner Across the Customer-Facing Team: Partner with Implementation Engineers and Activation to ensure integrations are deployable, well-documented, and supportable at scale.
Occasionally represent M7 as the integrations subject matter expert in sales cycles, discovery calls, and RFP responses.
