About The Position

Lone Wolf Technologies is seeking a Product Manager, Innovation to lead AI-powered capabilities within their transaction management platform. This role focuses on transforming how real estate professionals handle transaction documents using AI, aiming to reduce errors, accelerate workflows, and improve compliance. The position involves understanding customer pain points, collaborating with an AI engineering team, and driving features from concept to adoption. The role reports to the Sr. Director Product, Innovation and is part of a senior Innovation team with executive access.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in product management or related fields, with experience owning a product area end-to-end.
  • Experience writing specs, prioritizing backlogs, shipping features, and measuring outcomes.
  • 0-to-1 or early-stage product development experience, comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Technical fluency to understand AI capabilities (document understanding, NLP, workflow automation) and have credible technical conversations with engineers.
  • Customer-facing experience, including running discovery interviews and synthesizing feedback.
  • Analytical rigor, including defining success metrics before building and measuring outcomes after shipping.
  • Experience with data analysis and using quantitative evidence for decision-making.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing clear specs and presenting roadmaps.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in real estate technology, proptech, or adjacent vertical SaaS markets.
  • Background in document management, document intelligence, or forms/e-signature products.
  • Experience with AI/ML product development, particularly document understanding, NLP, or compliance automation.
  • Familiarity with compliance-sensitive industries (real estate, financial services, legal).
  • Experience in transaction management or workflow automation products.
  • Agile product delivery experience with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for AI-powered transaction capabilities, defining, prioritizing, and sequencing features.
  • Translate customer needs and technical possibilities into a roadmap balancing near-term impact with long-term platform value.
  • Drive customer discovery by working directly with brokerages, agents, and transaction coordinators to understand document management, compliance, and error handling.
  • Identify high-value opportunities for AI to reduce friction and risk.
  • Partner with AI engineering to take capabilities from prototype to validated product, including writing specs, defining success metrics, running pilots, and iterating based on usage data.
  • Manage the build-measure-learn loop by designing experiments to validate product-market fit and using data to inform future development.
  • Collaborate with existing product and engineering teams (transaction management, forms, e-signature) to ensure seamless integration and accelerate their roadmaps.
  • Develop fluency in compliance requirements for real estate transactions to ensure AI capabilities enhance, rather than create, risk.
  • Act as the voice of the customer (broker, agent, transaction coordinator) to ensure built solutions address real problems and fit into existing workflows.

Benefits

  • AI + real estate’s biggest workflow — transaction management is where agents spend the most time and make the most costly errors; AI can fundamentally change that
  • Data advantage — Lone Wolf processes millions of transactions annually, creating a data foundation that makes AI capabilities uniquely powerful
  • Greenfield with guardrails — you’ll define new capabilities in a space where no one has cracked the code yet, backed by an established platform and customer base
  • Senior, high-trust team — small Innovation team with direct access to company leadership and a mandate to move fast
  • Real impact — real estate professionals spend 35-47% of their time on administrative tasks; the work you do here directly gives them that time back
