About The Position

Appficiency is a leading NetSuite-focused professional services and technology firm operating across a global footprint. Our product division, SnapOn Software, develops automation and AI-enabled solutions that extend and enhance the Microsoft, NetSuite and Salesforce ecosystems. As we scale our product portfolio, we are seeking a strategic product leader to define the next phase of innovation, commercial growth, and platform expansion. This is a high-impact, executive-facing leadership role with a clear mandate: lead product strategy, innovation, and commercial growth for SnapOn Software. This role is designed for a leader who can operate at both strategic and operational altitudes—setting vision while driving execution in a scaling environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, including 3+ years in a senior leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling B2B SaaS products with measurable commercial impact
  • Strong understanding of product commercialization and revenue ownership
  • Technical fluency across APIs, integrations, and cloud-based architectures
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at the executive level
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive execution in ambiguous, fast-scaling environments
  • Genuine curiosity for emerging and bleeding-edge technology, you follow the frontier, not the crowd
  • Ability to manage budget, partner with Sales, and drive product pipeline through established GTM teams
  • Strong product generation and commercialization mindset
  • Proven leadership across software development, product delivery, and innovation
  • Hands-on technical credibility
  • Operational discipline and people leadership

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within the Microsoft, Salesforces and or NetSuite/Oracle ecosystem
  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven products or automation platforms
  • Background in professional services or hybrid SaaS/services business models is a plus
  • Experience scaling product organizations from early-stage to growth-stage
  • Advanced business or technical education (MBA, MSc, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Define and operationalize a clear product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned to company growth objectives
  • Identify and validate new market opportunities, leading product development from ideation through commercialization
  • Own and drive software revenue growth, partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to deliver against targets
  • Establish a customer-centric product discovery framework, grounded in user insights and market intelligence
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing product organization (Product Management, Design, and Engineering alignment)
  • Implement performance metrics (KPIs/OKRs) to enable data-driven product decisions and accountability
  • Maintain a hands-on, curious approach to new technology, regularly experimenting, prototyping, and stress-testing new capabilities to assess real-world product applicability
  • Champion the integration of AI, automation, and emerging technologies across the product suite
  • Expand and strengthen strategic partnerships within the Microsoft, NetSuite/Oracle, and Salesforce ecosystems
