About The Position
First American (India) is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to define, build, and launch solutions that meet evolving customer needs. The role collaborates with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to execute product strategies, develop roadmaps, and manage product lifecycles. It supports products from ideation through launch and post-launch activities, using customer and market insights to guide product decisions and improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
- At least 15 years of formal education.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of using AI tools to write product briefs and develop prototypes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outcome-oriented, with experience defining success metrics and measuring product impact.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice To Haves
- MBA from a reputed institute.
- Experience launching zero-to-one products.
- Knowledge of the Escrow, Title Insurance, or Mortgage industry, including its processes and challenges.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to support successful product launches.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
- Create user stories and product specifications to guide development.
- Assist in creating product documentation, including user stories, product specifications, and release notes.
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform product improvements.
- Support the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch activities.
