About The Position

Customer Focus: You will roll up your sleeves and identify end-user needs and gaps by doing opportunity analysis in the problem domain through data analysis, user and market research. Product Thinking: Translate fuzzy user pain points into lovable, metric-moving features and products. Own roadmaps and prioritize work that balances long-term investments with short-term needs from various product teams - ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Execution & Ownership: You can make it happen! Deeply engaged with applied science, engineering and design teams to ensure clarity on goals, launch fast and iterate faster. Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data to prioritize features, make informed trade-offs, and continually enhance product performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
  • 2+ years of experience tailoring discussions to different audiences.
  • 3+ years of familiarity with AI, LLM and data driven decision making.
  • These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
