Manage New Jersey DMPK quotation activities and provide administrative and operational support for departmental project management and technical support functions. Work closely with the LTD Sales team to support client relationship management and sales initiatives through proactively internal and external communication. Coordinate cross-functional projects involving multiple business units and functional teams. Manage New Jersey DMPK service contract activities, including request analysis, coordination of technical evaluations, preparation and review of contracts, execution of contract documentation (including obtaining required signatures and company approvals), and project follow-up throughout the business process. Maintain the CRM system to ensure timely and accurate updates of customer, project, and business information. Compile, analyze, and summarize departmental business activities and performance metrics. Provide administrative and operational support to the department as needed, including, but not limited to, project management, technical support, and process coordination.
