About The Position

As a Product Manager I at Verisk, you will lead an empowered product team to deliver meaningful outcomes for the property insurance industry. Working closely with a tech lead and product designer, you will understand user needs, identify opportunities, and co-create valuable solutions. The role emphasizes ownership of customer and business problems rather than simply responding to feature requests, with accountability for solving problems in scalable and sustainable ways. You will lead product discovery, validate ideas with users, prioritize opportunities, and translate validated opportunities into requirements and success criteria. You will maintain a transparent backlog, support continuous delivery, collaborate with engineering and QA, and manage product release cadence. You will define and track metrics, use analytics and customer feedback to guide decisions, and report on progress and outcomes. You will also align stakeholders, contribute to quarterly planning linked to company OKRs, represent product in customer and business settings, and assist Product Leadership with product vision and strategy for property estimating software solutions.
