About The Position

As a Product Manager on Indeed’s CIAM team, you will shape how job seekers and employers access Indeed by making the experience seamless and secure. You will own end-to-end product development in the CIAM domain, building, maintaining, and evolving the authentication and authorization platform that powers Indeed, including its growing suite of AI agents. You will work with engineering, UX, and cross-functional partners to balance reducing friction with strengthening account security and to develop an industry-standard, scalable platform.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of related experience; or at least 5 years with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a master’s degree; or a PhD with no experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience working closely with engineers to define, plan, and build products and features.
• A data-driven mindset.
• Deep curiosity and accountability for product data and insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering teams and other stakeholders to prioritize and manage roadmaps, delivering toward the product vision incrementally and efficiently.
• Communicate the roadmap and product plan and gain alignment from leadership, collaborators, and stakeholders.
• Represent customer needs, opportunities, and product requirements internally.
• Identify and monitor product goals and success metrics.
• Iterate quickly to launch features and use data-driven judgments to test their effectiveness.
• Provide clear written and verbal updates to leadership and collaborators on the roadmap and progress toward goals.
