About the Role: As a Product Manager I, Commercial, you help shape and deliver commercial financial technology products that solve real customer problems. You partner with cross‑functional teams to translate market and customer insights into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes. Your success is defined by learning quickly, delivering value iteratively, and supporting products that meet customer needs and business goals. Please note: this is a full-time position with a required hybrid schedule in the posted location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, technology, or a related field
  • Foundational knowledge of product management concepts and agile delivery practices
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into clear product requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Basic data analysis skills to interpret product metrics and user feedback
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to learn in a fast‑paced environment
  • Problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and follow‑through

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to commercial banking, payments, or financial technology products
  • Experience working with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with user research, journey mapping, or design thinking practices
  • Internship or entry‑level experience in product, business analysis, or technology roles

Responsibilities

  • Support product discovery by gathering customer, market, and stakeholder insights
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and operations to deliver product increments
  • Assist with maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog based on value and feasibility
  • Contribute to product roadmaps aligned to commercial strategy and customer outcomes
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to support delivery quality
  • Track and analyze product performance using defined metrics and customer feedback
  • Help ensure products meet regulatory, risk, and quality expectations
  • Document product features and support internal readiness activities
