About The Position

An excellent opportunity to engage on the cutting edge of Gen AI in the marketing analytics space. The Innovation Lab team has developed the Consumer Insight Platform (CIP), and advanced Gen AI platform that generates synthetic consumers for multiple products in production and under development. The demand for these capabilities and products is increasing significantly and there is now a need for a strong leader to drive business development and manage operations activities for the CIP product suite. Primary responsibilities will center on developing and refining product strategy, launch, evangelization along with managing the operations around product delivery. This individual will play a key role in developing and launching this critical platform in collaboration with the technical Product Manager and the product line leader.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Understanding relevant business objectives across CIP and the enterprise
  • Engaging with business throughout the company to identify and prioritize CIP product opportunities.
  • Generate PRDs
  • Collaborate with technical leader and product line leader to drive development needs and priorities based on deep integration with business customers and growing user community
  • Create detailed launch plans including timelines for all products
  • Create metrics and targets for launch and expansion success measurement
  • Financial analysis to understand and ongoing tracking of product value delivery
  • Product delivery operations and scheduling
  • Product delivery standardization as appropriate and quality control
  • Develop communications plans to support product expansion
  • Identify and engage with opportunities to call out CIP/product successes
  • Provide an excellent example of and expectation for Ford+ behaviors within the Marketing Analytics team
  • Implement “Close the loop”, OKR, and Performance+ objectives/processes within Marketing Analytics
  • Support and mentor Marketing Analytics team members in their day-to-day work and overall career objectives including fostering a safe, creative, challenging, and enjoyable workplace.
