About The Position

This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying production-ready AI solutions, specifically leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). The engineer will work closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, build integrations, and drive rapid prototyping and deployment of AI applications. The position requires a strong understanding of AI platforms and enterprise technologies, with an emphasis on delivering business value quickly.

• Workflow Automation & Integrations
• Strong Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with both OpenAI and Google AI ecosystems.
• Experience building and deploying GenAI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong client-facing and consulting skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business workflows, pain points, and objectives into production-ready AI solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, copilots, automations, and retrieval-based applications.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to define scope, success metrics, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Build integrations leveraging approved AI platforms and enterprise technologies.
• Drive rapid prototyping and deployment of AI solutions to deliver business value in shorter timeframes.
