About The Position

AngelList is seeking a Product Manager to build the future of venture fund operations. This role will focus on developing agentic experiences where software automates the back office, allowing General Partners (GPs) to concentrate on raising capital and selecting investments. The Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for flagship products like Full Service, aimed at emerging managers, and Scout Funds, designed to increase market share by engaging with large venture firms. The goal is to grow fund formations, Assets Under Management (AUM), and retention by creating a frictionless product experience that encourages fund managers to choose and remain with AngelList. This involves automating workflows, shaping the GP experience, gathering constant feedback from GPs, and translating customer and operational needs into actionable product requirements for engineering and design teams. The role also requires close collaboration with sales, solutions, and operations teams to support existing managers and acquire new ones. Success in this position will be measured by fund count, AUM, retention, and service quality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years PM experience, ideally fintech, B2B SaaS, or another operationally complex domain.
  • Domain passion: deep engagement with the VC ecosystem and a real POV on where it's going.
  • Either fluent in fund mechanics (capital calls, distributions, NAV, K-1s) or ready to get there fast.
  • AI fluency: actively builds with AI tools and sees automating fund operations as one of the most compelling product problems in the market.
  • Ownership: closes the gap between formal PM scope and whatever needs to happen for the product to win.
  • Customer-centric execution: growth-oriented, ships and iterates quickly, treats customer feedback as a primary input.
  • Sharp communication and range: precise writer who turns edge cases into shippable requirements; can hold their own with senior leaders at established firms and do hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own the agentic strategy for both Full Service and Scout Funds products.
  • Pick the workflows to automate next and shape the GP experience as more of the firm is handed off to agents.
  • Talk to GPs constantly to understand their needs and turn feedback into a sharp product point of view.
  • Grow fund formations, AUM, and retention by building a frictionless product.
  • Write product requirements that turn messy customer and operational realities into work engineering and design can ship.
  • Partner with sales, solutions, and operations to support existing managers and win new ones.
