Key responsibilities include coordinating stakeholder workshops, documenting the current state, defining the future state, assessing gaps, and producing clear documentation for technology teams. The individual will also drive consensus, secure buy-in across competing business unit priorities, and manage escalations that may impact scope, funding, or timelines. In addition to understanding the current business landscape, this role is accountable for creating and evangelizing a future-state vision. This includes developing qualitative and quantitative justification to support that vision, securing the necessary resources, and seeing initiatives through to completion. We are seeking a product manager who is curious, data-driven, and passionate about solving complex problems. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, advocates for the customer, and collaborates effectively across technical and non-technical teams to deliver measurable business impact. Since opening our first store in 1979, AutoZone has grown into a leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories across the Americas. Our customer-first mindset and commitment to Going the Extra Mile define who we are, for both our customers and AutoZoners. Working at AutoZone means being part of a team that values dedication, teamwork, and growth. Whether you're helping customers or building your career, we provide tools and support to help you succeed and drive your future.
