Product Manager, Fan & Mobile Experiences

Hometown Tickets, LLCRemote-OH, OH
$115,000 - $130,000Hybrid

About The Position

Hometown empowers schools with seamless digital tools for ticketing, fundraising, and event management, enabling them to create memorable in-person experiences that bring communities together. As a trusted partner dedicated to supporting athletics, arts, and extracurricular activities, we help schools generate vital funding to ensure every student has access to enriching opportunities. With a deep passion for serving those who shape our future, we make event operations effortless – so schools can focus on what truly matters: creating lasting impact in their hometowns. We’re hiring a Product Manager to own Hometown’s fan and mobile experiences. This includes the end-to-end fan journey, from discovery and checkout through ticket management, gate entry, and ongoing engagement, as well as the mobile tools schools use to operate their events. Mobile is a core part of this role because it is increasingly the primary way both fans and school staff experience Hometown. You will lead work across our native apps and mobile web experiences while ensuring they connect seamlessly with Box Office, Engage, payments, reporting, and other school-facing workflows. This is not primarily a backlog-management role. You will define where Hometown should go, identify the highest-value opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams from discovery through measurable business results. A major part of your mandate will be helping Hometown use fan behavior and purchase data to create more value for schools, increase engagement, and unlock new revenue opportunities. This role reports directly to the Head of Product and is ideal for an experienced product leader who thrives with meaningful ownership, complex customer problems, and the opportunity to shape an important part of Hometown’s future.
