About The Position

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development, launch, and lifecycle management of products across international markets for your business segment. You will develop keen knowledge of the segment’s customer needs, the business needs, and identify solutions to address these. This is a highly cross-functional role that will be based in Lexington, NC; report to the Global Vice-President of Engineering and be strongly aligned with the Global Vice-President of the business segment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working as a Product Manager or similar, relevant position—preferably machinery or capital equipment industries.
• Significant experience in product lifecycle management and new product development.
• Proven track record of developing, launching and managing successful products through a stage gate NPD process.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated innovation results.
• Experience working with cross-cultural teams and navigating international markets.
• Ability to work globally, and lead through influence.
• Agile learner.
• Self-starter.
• Comfortable with ambiguity.
• Project Management (PMP certification preferred).
