About The Position

HyperX is seeking a Product Manager to lead peripheral strategy within its extended ecosystems, including HyperX, Xbox, and Sony. The company is developing 'Instant Pair' as a connectivity backbone for peripherals across gaming platforms. This role will define the Instant Pair product, enhance its functionality on notebooks, and build its future roadmap. The Product Manager will act as a liaison between peripheral hardware, software/platform teams, and ecosystem management across PC and console. HyperX's mission is to create high-quality gaming peripherals like headsets, keyboards, mice, mousepads, and charging accessories. Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, ideally including hardware and connected/companion software.
Experience owning a product or feature that spans multiple host platforms or ecosystems.
Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and establish structure.
Track record of deep partnership with UX and Design on end-to-end experiences.
Excellent cross-functional influence skills to drive outcomes across multiple product organizations and external partners without direct authority.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with or alongside platform alliance/BD teams (console, OEM, or similar).
Background in RF, wireless connectivity, or peripheral hardware.

Responsibilities

Write and maintain the product definition for Instant Pair, including its scope, target audience, and success metrics.
Establish the long-term vision for Instant Pair as a cross-platform connectivity standard.
Collaborate with UX, Software, Engineering, and Design to define user flows for pairing, re-pairing, multi-device handling, and in-app status/controls.
Define and prioritize the Instant Pair experience within the notebook ecosystem, working with relevant teams on compatibility, firmware, and roadmap.
Shape and manage HyperX product integration within console ecosystems (Xbox, PlayStation, etc.) in collaboration with platform alliance owners.
Define platform-specific product experiences and feature depth, ensuring Instant Pair's appropriate implementation.
Incorporate the peripheral product perspective into ecosystem relationship strategies and product decisions.
