About The Position

Boelter is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join their Digital Product Team. This role will drive commerce, growth, and revenue outcomes across Boelter's digital ecosystem. The position owns the digital experiences that grow online revenue, improve conversion, and deepen customer lifetime value across Boelter's B2B and B2C channels, from initial customer discovery through final purchase.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Digital Product Manager role
  • Experience in the digital/eCommerce space
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C channels
  • Understanding of product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and PI Planning
  • Experience managing the end-to-end customer funnel (discovery, consideration, purchase)
  • Experience with onsite search optimization (relevance tuning, faceted filtering)
  • Experience with upsell/cross-sell strategies and recommendation engines
  • Experience with A/B testing and merchandising
  • Knowledge of UX standards for e-commerce platforms (navigation, PDPs, PLPs, cart, checkout)
  • Experience with experimentation roadmaps, analytics, heatmaps, and user research
  • Experience developing personalization and CLV strategies
  • Familiarity with B2B account-based features (contract pricing, custom catalogs)

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for commerce and growth, tying features directly to revenue, AOV, and acquisition targets
  • Manage a scrum team within a SAFe environment, owning backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and PI Planning
  • Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and product/engineering teams
  • Manage the end-to-end funnel — discovery, consideration, and purchase — optimizing each stage to reduce friction and drive conversion
  • Own onsite search performance, including relevance tuning, faceted filtering, and search-driven revenue
  • Drive upsell/cross-sell strategy through recommendation engines, A/B testing, and merchandising collaboration
  • Set UX standards for navigation, PDPs, PLPs, cart, and checkout, partnering with design and engineering
  • Lead a continuous experimentation roadmap using analytics, heatmaps, and user research
  • Develop personalization and CLV strategies, including B2B account-based features like contract pricing and custom catalogs
