Our Data Product Managers have: Excellent problem solving and influencing skills Thrive at the intersection of data and business strategy - able to understand complex business intent and translate strategy into data requirements that promote consistent, reusable and interoperable data consumption Data analysis skills (e.g., SQL, Python, R) along with a high level understanding of technical patterns used to process, present, and consume data at scale (e.g., relational databases, data storage formats, spark, graphQL) Framework driven approach to problem solving with ability to simplify technical complexity and drive well-educated business decisions across stakeholders Exceptional cross-team collaboration; able to work across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done. Highly tuned emotional intelligence, good listener, and deep seated empathy for teams and partners
