About The Position

Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, data platforms, merchant systems, or similarly complex technical domains.
- Proven track record of hands-on experience with complex data products where delivering measurable customer impact is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Experience with building data pipelines & modeling, creating analysis using different tools and a deep understanding of multi-channel marketplace integrations
- Ability to persuade skeptical executives and technical leads through rigorous logic and data-backed storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Address a $10B+ industry while generating significant revenue for Otter.
- Bootstrap complex workflow products with AI/ML built in to optimize for enterprise P&L and guest satisfaction.
- Work with platform teams to scale and harden our system of record for demanding workflows (real-time; data quality; traceability; etc)
- Directly save 200k+ hours per week of operators’ time so they can focus on improving the quality of their food and services.
