About The Position

InPost is seeking a Data Platform Product Manager who possesses strong product thinking skills combined with a deep understanding of cloud technologies, FinOps, and Data Platform operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the advancement of a modern data platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-effective data capabilities throughout the organization.

Requirements

3+ years of experience managing a data platform or technical product.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Data Services, or similar cloud data ecosystems.
Practical knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
Experience with DevOps/DataOps practices, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with technology vendors, contracts, and procurement processes.
Understanding of budgeting, purchase orders, and financial governance processes.
English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Data Mesh, Data Governance, or Lakehouse architecture.
Azure, FinOps, or Product Management certifications.
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, dbt, or Atlan.
Familiarity with GDPR, AI Act, and modern data governance standards.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the technical roadmap for the data platform.
Drive the development of cloud-based data environments across Azure, Databricks, and related technologies.
Ensure platform scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence.
Lead FinOps initiatives, cloud cost optimization, and budgeting processes.
Implement and improve DevOps/DataOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code standards.
Manage relationships with technology vendors and coordinate procurement activities.
Oversee contracts, SLAs, licensing, purchase orders, and invoice validation processes.
Collaborate closely with Data, AI, Engineering, Finance, and Business stakeholders.
