Product Manager, Customer & Marketing

Harry RosenToronto, ON
$105,000 - $125,000Hybrid

About The Position

Harry Rosen is Canada’s premier luxury menswear retailer, with over 70 years of experience and recognition as one of Canada’s 100 Best Managed Companies. We are driven by a passion to inspire and grow, embracing innovation to meet the evolving needs of our clients across in-store, online, and curated services. At Harry Rosen, we take pride in recognizing and rewarding outstanding contributions, making us a destination for those seeking meaningful and fulfilling careers. As we continue to evolve our customer experience through world-class technology, we're looking for a passionate and seasoned product leader to drive the next chapter of our Marketing Technology ecosystem. We are looking for a Product Manager, Customer & Marketing to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Harry Rosen's Marketing Technology ecosystem. Sitting within our Engineering function, you will lead the MarTech Engineering Squad and partner closely with our Marketing, and Analytics teams to build the digital infrastructure that powers how we acquire, engage, and retain our clients. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for someone who is passionate about customer-centric technology, deeply fluent in modern Marketing Technology platforms, and energized by translating business goals into elegant product solutions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in a retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing environment.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Marketing Technology — you've built on these stacks, not just managed around them.
  • Proven track record delivering complex programs on Braze and/or Talon. One — this is a must.
  • Experience owning a Customer Data Platform (Rudderstack, Segment, or equivalent) including data taxonomy, identity resolution, and audience activation.
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms (Heap, GA4, Amplitude, or similar) and a solid understanding of event tracking and instrumentation.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and the loyalty/promotions ecosystem is a strong asset.
  • Comfortable working closely with engineers — you can read a data schema, understand an API integration, and have an informed conversation about architecture trade-offs.
  • Highly data-driven; you define success through metrics, use data to prioritize, and build cultures of measurement within your teams.
  • Experienced in leveraging AI tools to enhance product management workflows — whether for discovery, documentation, synthesis, analysis, or roadmap planning.
  • Exceptional communicator who can adapt your message for engineers, marketers, and executives alike.
  • Strong influencer who can drive alignment across teams without direct authority.
  • A natural systems thinker — you see how platforms, data flows, and customer journeys connect and compound.
  • Highly organized and execution-oriented; you balance strategic thinking with a bias for getting things done.
  • A genuine curiosity about retail, luxury brands, and creating outstanding client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the product vision and multi-horizon roadmap for Harry Rosen's Marketing Technology ecosystem, aligned to the goals of our Customer Acquisition, Customer Engagement, and Customer Retention functions.
  • Translate marketing and business objectives into clear, prioritized product initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on Marketing Technology capabilities, trends, and best practices, advising senior stakeholders across Marketing and Technology.
  • Be the product owner for the following platforms and responsible for driving their evolution, integration, and adoption: CRM, Club Harry Loyalty Program, Customer Data Platform (CDP), Customer Engagement Platform, and Analytics.
  • Report directly to the VP of Product and Engineering, with close partnership across Marketing, Data, and Technology leadership.
  • Participate in in-person workshops at our Toronto office a few times per month for high-value planning, strategy, and team sessions — with the flexibility of working remotely the rest of the time.
  • Lead and inspire the MarTech Engineering Squad, partnering with engineers, QA, and data specialists to deliver high-quality product outcomes.
  • Write clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage the backlog and facilitate sprint ceremonies.
  • Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery velocity without sacrificing quality.
  • Serve as the primary product liaison between Marketing, Technology, and Data teams.
  • Communicate roadmap progress, tradeoffs, and risks to senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
  • Build strong vendor relationships with platform partners to influence roadmaps and maximize value from our technology investments.
