About The Position

We are building an AI-enabled Customer Growth platform focused on improving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value across digital and omnichannel experiences. The organization operates at the intersection of: AI/ML-driven personalization, Experimentation and optimization systems, Customer data and behavioral intelligence, Recommendation and decisioning platforms, Lifecycle engagement and messaging orchestration, and Omnichannel customer growth. Our mission is to create a closed-loop growth engine that continuously learns from customer behavior and optimizes customer experiences at scale. We are seeking a strong Product Manager to lead AI-driven growth and personalization initiatives across customer engagement ecosystems. This leader will own strategy, roadmap, experimentation, and execution for products leveraging behavioral signals, machine learning, and optimization systems to improve engagement, retention, frequency, and wallet share. The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment with analytical rigor, experimentation sophistication, systems thinking, and technical fluency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
  • 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering and Data Science teams.
  • Experience owning products or platforms with measurable business impact.
  • Strong experimentation background including A/B testing and statistical reasoning.
  • Technical fluency with data platforms, experimentation systems, APIs, and ML concepts.
  • Strong executive communication and organizational influence skills.
  • Strong systems thinking and structured problem solving.
  • High analytical rigor and data fluency.
  • Deep partnership with Data Science and Engineering teams.
  • Sophisticated experimentation mindset.
  • Ability to connect customer insights to scalable platform capabilities.
  • Strong ownership and execution discipline.
  • Learning agility and technical curiosity around AI/ML systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Experience building AI/ML-driven products, personalization systems, recommendation engines, or growth platforms.
  • Experience with customer engagement, retention, CRM, loyalty, or lifecycle ecosystems.
