About The Position

This position is on the Customer Account and Identity (CAI) Team, which manages customer identity, account, and account management experiences for both customers and employees. The role will involve general associate product management responsibilities, including front-end and back-end development collaboration, as well as database creation and management.

Experience with requirements gathering and creation
Strong internal and external communication skills
Ability to collect and analyze data
Storytelling skills to explain the "why " behind the work
Project management skills

Previous Product Management experience

Responsibilities

Manage the product backlog
Create epics and user stories
Gather requirements and translate business needs for the development team
Build business cases
Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data
Handle inter-team and external team communications and status reporting
