About The Position

This role is built for a commercial product manager who can make AI real—not as a buzzword, but as a repeatable capability across the product organization and a pipeline of new AI-powered solutions. You will help set up AI for the product team — establish the operating model, intake/triage, standards, and cross-functional ways of working so teams can safely and effectively build AI-enabled products. You'll help drive an AI product roadmap — define and deliver a portfolio of AI-powered capabilities and net-new solutions that improve customer outcomes and unlock commercial growth. We support a unified lending initiative that focuses on driving AI initiatives and product roadmaps for new solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management in fintech, financial services, SaaS, and/or enterprise software
  • Experience in commercial lending / credit / risk / capital markets domains
  • Proven ability to drive commercial product outcomes (growth, adoption, retention, competitive differentiation)
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts as applied to products
  • Demonstrated financial acumen with experience owning or contributing to product P&L, pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis to guide product investment and roadmap decisions
  • Strong product discovery skills: customer interviews, problem framing, opportunity sizing, and prioritization
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, finance, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Stand up an end-to-end AI product operating model from ideation to launch
  • Create practical standards for responsible AI
  • Identify high-value opportunities to replace manual workflows with intelligent automation and decision support
  • Define product requirements and user experiences for AI capabilities (e.g., copilots, agentic workflows, smart recommendations, intelligent document processing, predictive insights)
  • Translate customer, prospect, and market insights into AI product strategy and differentiated value propositions
  • Partner with Sales/PreSales/Marketing/Client Experience to support win strategies, product positioning, demos, and proposals
  • Define product success metrics (adoption, conversion, retention, workflow time saved, accuracy/quality, risk reduction, client satisfaction)
