Position Summary We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the intersection of product management and clinical operations for CVS Health's Weight Management product. This role will be responsible for translating clinical and business objectives into scalable product solutions, driving operational performance, overseeing quality assurance and clinical review processes, and ensuring alignment with evidence-based guidelines and regulatory requirements. Obesity is recognized by the American Medical Association (AMA) as chronic disease resulting from genetic, biological, and environmental factors. A common condition, 40% of American adults have obesity and the GLP-1 market is expected to reach $95B by 2030. The Product Manager will work cross-functionally with clinicians, operations teams, technology partners, and vendors to improve member outcomes, optimize program effectiveness, and deliver a best-in-class healthcare experience.
