Product Manager - Chillers

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of related experience in the HVAC industry
Responsibilities
- Develop and recommend product line objectives, including sales volume and profit forecasts
- Direct market development, sales promotion, distribution and pricing policies
- Analyze market trends and potential
- Prepare sales forecasts for use in planning manufacturing operations and controlling inventories
- Recommend modifications of the assigned product or products
- Maintain contacts with distribution centers and important customers to follow up on promotion efforts
- Maintain contact with the salesforce to monitor trends and keep informed of salesforce needs
- Develop methods for field testing merchandising programs to determine public acceptance
- Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and advertising programs, and recommend improvements or changes
- Review complaints and suggestions relative to assigned product or products
- Participate in the preparation of advertising programs for the assigned product or products and supervise market research
- Develop and recommend new product concepts
- Coordinate departmental activities with other departments, such as engineering and manufacturing, to ensure synergism of objectives
