About The Position

At North Star Network, we’re hiring a Product Manager Casino to shape the future of our casino product portfolio and support the growth of our affiliate business globally. Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering features that enhance user experience, drive SEO performance, and increase the value of our casino affiliate properties. This role operates at the crossroads of Product, Tech, SEO, and Content. You’ll collaborate daily with multiple teams to manage the roadmap, optimize funnels, run experiments, and ensure we deliver high-value features that directly impact growth. Requirements

Strong product management capabilities, including backlog ownership, user story writing, Agile/Scrum execution, roadmap contribution, and release planning.
Deep expertise in the casino & iGaming industry, including casino games, wagering mechanics, providers, payments, KYC/RG, funnels, affiliate monetization models, and regulated markets.
Solid understanding of SEO and content-led product development, covering on-page SEO, Core Web Vitals, SERP intent, internal linking, and structured data.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in funnel analysis, A/B testing, KPI monitoring, and tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and Clarity.
Good grasp of UX and product quality fundamentals, including usability concepts, bug triage, regression testing coordination, and acceptance testing.
Ability to collaborate effectively with developers (WordPress/CMS), with a solid understanding of technical constraints, feasibility, and effort estimation.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with strong ownership and structured execution.
Clear and confident communication across Tech, SEO, Content, and business stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management abilities, balancing urgency, feasibility, and diplomacy.
A strategic, ROI-driven mindset, able to balance quick wins with long-term scalability.

Responsibilities

Product Planning & Prioritization
Translate business objectives and BU requirements into clear user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Own and maintain a structured, prioritized product backlog aligned with strategic goals.
Contribute to the development and evolution of the roadmap, balancing short-term opportunities and long-term vision.
Prioritize effectively across competing needs: business impact, technical feasibility, UX, and regulatory constraints.
Delivery & Project Management
Coordinate delivery across Tech, QA, and Design teams to ensure high-quality, on-time releases.
Participate in sprint ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Monitor development progress, anticipate blockers, and propose solutions or trade-offs.
Manage smooth handovers to SEO, Content, Monetization, and other operational teams.
Product Quality & UX
Ensure that new features meet quality standards and deliver measurable user or business value.
Work closely with QA on testing, validation, and issue reporting.
Analyze user and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Promote a data-driven, user-centric approach throughout the product lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related topics between BU stakeholders and Tech.
Coordinate issue and bug reporting from operational teams and ensure clear documentation and prioritization.
Provide business context to technical teams and help them understand the impact of each feature or fix.
Communicate progress, risks, and upcoming developments to the Head of Product and relevant BU leaders.
Maintain transparency through clear documentation and alignment across Product, Tech, and Business teams.
Growth, SEO & Performance
Collaborate with SEO and Content teams to optimize organic performance of casino pages.
Analyze traffic, funnels, and user behavior metrics (CTR, session duration, conversion rate, retention).
Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses, optimize key journeys, and improve monetization.
Monitor product KPIs and report insights and opportunities to stakeholders.
