About The Position

The Manager Property Marketing - Casino is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing direct mail campaigns and database marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. This role ensures that targeted communications align with brand standards and deliver measurable results across VIP, local, and regional segments. The selected candidate should have a high proficiency in campaign management, reporting on results and providing recommendations for optimization. This role works closely with our shared services team and agencies to ensure our brand, tone, and media choices are effective and within budget.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in casino marketing, direct mail or database marketing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or significant related work experience a plus.
  • Strong advertising background and analytical skills.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of content/asset management systems, a plus.
  • Working knowledge of authoring and publishing tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing integration for omnichannel campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in digital marketing platforms, paid strategies and execution of digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
  • Experience managing external vendors and shared services.
  • Experience creating analytical reporting for traditional media.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
  • Polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Working knowledge with IT, digital and casino operations.
  • Previous experience working in a casino resort setting a plus.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certification, specifically a Nevada Gaming license.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly and quarterly direct mail programs targeting segmented player groups.
  • Oversee creative development, production timelines, and vendor coordination, with internal partners and shared values.
  • Ensure accuracy of offers, compliance with gaming regulations, and timely delivery.
  • Assist with creation of personalized offers and promotions that drive incremental visits and play.
  • Build offers in PKMS to support both the Direct Marketing and Promotions/Special Events departments.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on ROI and response rates.
  • Work closely with Property Marketing Manager, Player Development, Club Serrano, and Analytics teams to align marketing efforts with property goals.
  • Own report development to create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to increase redemption rates, incremental revenue, and guest perceived value of program benefits.
  • Leading post-campaign internal reviews, detailing performance metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Responsible for loyalty app communication strategy and content management, working with leadership to develop, maintain and continually improve an innovative, tech-forward guest experience.
  • Responsible for submitting creative briefs and trafficking all submissions across all platforms.
  • Suggest enhanced guest journeys and experiences that will differentiate Palms from competitors and create demand.
